There is no minimum order quantity for standard products — you can order as few as one. For custom bulk orders, we typically work with quantities starting at 10 units, though we're happy to discuss smaller runs depending on the project. White-label manufacturing projects have no MOQ to get started.
We primarily work with PLA, PETG, and ABS — each suited to different end uses. PLA is our default for most decorative and display items. PETG handles heat and stress better, making it ideal for functional parts. ABS is available for high-temperature or impact-resistant applications. If you have specific requirements, reach out and we'll recommend the best material for your use case.
Standard orders typically ship within 3–7 business days from order confirmation. Bulk or custom orders may take 7–14 business days depending on volume and complexity. Once shipped, delivery to most Canadian and US addresses takes 2–5 business days. We ship internationally — timelines vary by destination. All orders come with tracking.
Yes — custom file orders are one of our most popular services. We accept STL, OBJ, STEP, and 3MF formats. Before printing, our team reviews every file for printability and will flag any issues or suggest geometry tweaks to improve the final output. If you don't have a file yet, send us a sketch or description and we can help from there.
Bulk orders receive tiered pricing — the per-unit cost decreases as quantity increases. Custom orders are quoted based on material, print volume, complexity, and finish requirements. We send a detailed quote before any order is confirmed, so there are no surprises. Most quotes come back within 24 hours.
Yes — we ship across Canada and the US as standard, with free shipping on orders over $75 CAD. We also ship internationally to most countries. International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. If you need a shipping estimate for a specific destination, message us before ordering.
