What's the minimum order?
For one-off and custom jobs there's no minimum — order a single part. Our discounted wholesale tiers do carry minimum order quantities (MOQs) that unlock better per-unit pricing as volume grows. Send your numbers and we'll quote the right tier.
Which materials can you print parts in?
A range of durable thermoplastics such as PLA and PETG, selected for strength, finish and the part's environment. Describe how the part will be used and we'll recommend the right material.
Can you match an existing part?
Yes — send a sample, drawing or measurements and we can recreate or adapt the part, including discontinued and legacy components.
Do you sign NDAs?
