Custom 3D printing services

From a single custom part to a full production run

Azata 3D provides custom 3D printing services for businesses, engineers and students across Canada, from our workshop in Bedford, Nova Scotia. Need a batch of functional parts manufactured, a working prototype before you commit to tooling, a custom part you can't buy off the shelf, or a part printed for a university project? We print it to order in durable thermoplastics, finish it by hand, and ship it fast across North America.

One-off and custom orders have no minimum to get started; for businesses ordering in quantity, our wholesale tiers offer better per-unit pricing at set minimum order quantities (MOQs). As a Canadian manufacturer we offer same-timezone communication, a shorter supply chain than overseas services, and CUSMA-compliant cross-border shipping where applicable.

Proven. A 4.7-star average across 640+ reviews and Etsy Star Seller status since 2022 — the same quality, now available for your business and custom projects.

Questions

Custom 3D printing FAQ

What file formats do you accept?

We work with standard 3D files including STL, STEP and OBJ. No model yet? Send a sketch, photo or description and we can help create or prepare a printable file for you.

What materials can you print in?

We print in a range of durable thermoplastics such as PLA and PETG, chosen to suit the part's strength, finish and use. Tell us how the part will be used and we'll recommend the right material in your quote.

Do you offer volume or wholesale pricing?

Yes. One-off and custom orders have no minimum to start. For businesses ordering in quantity, our wholesale tiers offer better per-unit pricing at set minimum order quantities (MOQs). Send your quantity and target timeline and we'll quote the right tier.

How fast can you turn around an order?

Most made-to-order jobs ship within a few business days depending on size, quantity and our queue. Because we manufacture in Canada, North-American customers skip overseas shipping times. Rush requests can often be accommodated.

Can you print parts for a university project?

Absolutely — students and researchers are a core part of who we serve. Send your file (or your idea) and we'll print your custom parts quickly, with student-friendly pricing and help preparing the file.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. We ship across Canada and to the US. For business shipments, goods that qualify can move under CUSMA where applicable, and we can advise on duties so there are no surprises.

Is my design kept confidential?

Yes. Your files and designs are yours. We're happy to work under an NDA for business clients — just mention it with your quote request.
