Can you print in our brand colours with our logo?
Yes. Send your logo and brand colours and we'll match them as closely as the material allows, and add your logo to the design. We can print a sample first so you can approve it before the full run.
What quantities can you do?
There's no minimum to start — order a handful for a single event. For bigger runs, our wholesale tiers offer better per-unit pricing at set minimum order quantities. Send your numbers and we'll quote the right tier.
Do you design the product, or do we supply the file?
Either. Send a finished 3D file and we'll print it, or send a brief, sketch or logo and we'll help design a printable piece for you.
How far ahead should we order for an event?
Most runs are ready within a few business days to a couple of weeks depending on quantity and complexity. Tell us your event date and we'll confirm a timeline — rush requests can often be accommodated.
Can we reorder the same item later?
Yes. We keep your design on file, so reordering the same piece each quarter is quick and consistent.
